Key Responsibilities: Your Core Mission
● Legal Risk Management: Identify and communicate legal risks (e.g., data privacy, confidentiality, IP, social media). Provide clear, role-based guidance and create simple materials (guides, FAQs).
● Communication & Transparency: Give clear and practical compliance guidance, address employee concerns, and build trust while promoting a positive compliance culture.
● Training & Education: Develop and deliver engaging training on topics like social media use, confidentiality, IP, and handling external inquiries using real-life scenarios.
● Tools & Support: Create practical tools (checklists, scripts, escalation paths) and support employees in handling daily compliance situations. Act as a go-to advisor for questions.
● Policy & Monitoring: Support policy implementation, monitor trends, gather feedback, and work with leaders to improve compliance practices.
Yêu cầu
Must-Have
● Bachelor's degree in Law, HR, Business, or related field
● 3+ years in compliance, legal risk, or employee relations
● Strong ability to simplify complex legal topics
● Excellent communication and training skills in English
● High emotional intelligence and trust-building ability
Nice-to-Have
● Experience in tech/startups
● Knowledge of Vietnamese labor law, data protection, cybersecurity
● Experience creating training content
