ABOUT THE POSITION
The Compliance Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting VinUniversity's commitment to maintaining high standards of governance, integrity, and regulatory compliance. This position is responsible for coordinating and monitoring compliance programs across the institution, ensuring adherence to applicable laws, regulations, accreditation standards, and internal policies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Reports to: Head of Compliance & Legal
• Monitor and assess the University's compliance with Vietnamese laws, Ministry of Education regulations, and internal policies.
• Conduct compliance assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of policies, procedures, and internal controls across the institution.
• Identify compliance risks and areas for improvement; develop reports with recommendations to enhance governance and institutional compliance.
• Investigate policy violations and compliance concerns as assigned; coordinate implementation of corrective actions.
• Support the maintenance and development of compliance documentation, policies, and compliance frameworks.
• Work collaboratively with academic and administrative departments to strengthen compliance awareness and address compliance matters effectively.
• Prepare compliance updates and reports for management as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager.
