Mô tả công việc
- Monitoring the implementation of compliance requirements for Vendors and factory including labor practices and EHS.
- Conduct internal and sourcing factory labor/EHS internal audits and work with related teams for improving the audit findings.
- Prepare comments/questions/action plans for all internal, customers, and 3rd party social compliance, CTPAT, BP audits, and correct issues identified as needing improvement in a way that ensures long-term sustainable change
- Propose ideas and guidelines at the policy and decision stage for key business process functions that have an impact on labor or EHS conditions in order to eliminate any possible negative consequences
- Keep self-up-to-date with the local laws, revisions of laws and other applicable standards and update/advice the management accordingly in a timely manner
- Can handle the VCO, HIGG and other onside programs.
- Training workers on ESH and compliance.

Yêu cầu
- Hold professional qualification
- At least 4 years' experience in relevant field, prefer for candidates with legal/audit/compliant background
- Good level of English (spoken and written)
- Communication skills and good teamwork
- Presentation skills is required Prefer the candidates with experience in garment manufacturing companies
