Compliance & Sustainability Staff - Factories In Hung Yen And Nam Dinh

1. Compliance & Policy Management
Establish, implement and monitor business ethics, code of conduct, social compliance and sustainability policies in line with local regulations and customer requirements.
Monitor and update management regarding changes in labor law, EHS regulations and international compliance standards.
Support continuous improvement strategies related to Sustainability & ESG across the supply chain.
Evaluate factory compliance performance against customer standards and internal expectations.
2. Social Audit & Sustainability Control
Conduct or coordinate internal audits and sustainability assessments at supplier factories.
Coordinate with customers, third-party auditors and certification bodies during audit processes.
Monitor corrective action plans (CAP) and support factories in closing findings effectively.
Perform onsite inspections and document reviews to verify implementation status.
Prepare sustainability and compliance reports for management and customers.
Support certification management for GRS, RCS, OCS, GOTS, BSCI, SMETA, SA8000, WRAP, Oeko‐Tex, Higg FEM and SLCP.
3. HSE & Sustainability Training
Support HSE system implementation for office and supplier factories.
Monitor environmental, health and safety compliance performance.
Develop and conduct Sustainability, ESG and Compliance awareness training.
Coordinate with external experts and training providers for specialized programs.
Promote environmental campaigns such as Earth Hour, energy saving and waste reduction initiatives.
4. External Relations & Administration
Act as focal point for sustainability and compliance communication with factories.
Maintain professional relationships with customers, suppliers and relevant authorities.
Support documentation management and sustainability data tracking.
Perform other tasks assigned by management.
