[Công Ty Thụy Sĩ] Lab Lead - (Trưởng Nhóm Thí Nghiệm Chi Nhánh Tại Huyện Đức Hòa, Tỉnh Long An)

The Lab Lead is in charge of the laboratory based at Duc Hoa, Long An province (at our manufacturing site). He/she is responsible for all lab operations related to our vector control products, ensures effective quality control and provides support to the factory staff and optimizations for production and products.
Main responsibilities are the monitoring of the lab and the tests according to the ISO IEC 17025 general requirements for competent, impartiality and consistent operations.
The position is based at Duc Hoa Thuong, Long An province and reports to the Vector Control Laboratory Manager located in Hanoi
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Manage the lab activities
• Ensures that the lab is well equipped, equipment maintenance and calibration for a full operational state (lab works according to ISO IEC 17025 requirements)
• Ensures lab facilities operate safely, provide needed supervision.
• Plans and follows up the service with internal customers (workshop, central lab), schedules workloads to meet deadlines, acts fast in emergency mode.
2. Develop and validate chemical testing methods/techniques
• Applies the test methods as specified by Vestergaard.
• Conducts inter and extra lab comparisons, including testing methods validations.
• Write SOPs and testing reports.
• Conducts training to lab staff.
3. Conduct chemical and physical testing services
• Implements available testing methods.
• Discusses with manufacturing partners and internal customers the suitable tests and testing services.
• Conducts tests on materials/products to check their quality, to analyze faults and to help identify root causes and technical trouble shooting related to their production.
• Records, interprets and reports tests results timely and accurately.
