JOB MISSION:
Enhance business growth by effectively managing sales and marketing strategies. This includes identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, driving customer engagement through targeted campaigns, and overseeing both digital and offline marketing activities. The role aims to increase brand visibility, attract new customers, retain loyalty, and ensure the successful execution of strategic plans that align with business goals. Additionally, the objective is to stay competitive by analyzing market trends and competitor strategies, while fostering valuable partnerships for long-term success.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute and manage digital marketing activities (Ads, Social Media, Website, SEO)
- Plan and produce content for digital channels (posts, visuals, videos, livestreams)
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance to achieve KPIs on new customers and revenue
- Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, KOLs, and partners
- Participate in content production and on-site marketing activities
- Analyze and create plans to engage the target market
- Prepare reports and provide optimization suggestions
- Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager during working hours
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC:
JOB EXPECTATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of experience in Marketing/Digital Marketing
- Hands-on experience with digital ads and social media management
- Data-driven mindset with a basic understanding of KPIs and performance
- Strong planning, organizational, and coordination skills
- Proactive, responsible, and able to work under pressure
- Understanding of customer insights, market trends, and competitors
- Knowledge of beauty care (skincare, skin treatment technology)
- Good English speaking and writing skills
- Basic skills in design/editing tools are a plus
THÔNG :
Workplace: 207/4 Nguyen Van Thu Street, Tan Dinh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
Work Time: 8:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday, alternative Saturday
Probation: 2 months of probation with full salary
