工程主管:
1、负责区域范围内新开门店、改造门店的施工全流程监理,确保符合公司标准化施工规范了解施工工艺能独立解决现场施工问题。
2、负责项目开工交底及竣工验收,确保项目按合同如期交付。
3、根据各项目的情况定期上报项目进度。
4、熟悉门店设备,培训门店运营人员基础维修及使用方法。
5、监管工程质量,要求符合企业品牌形象。
6、整合当地施工单位及供应商数据资料,根据公司要求洽谈意向合作单位并整理提报部门主管。
7、成本控制,结合本地市场整理并完善装修清单,做到材料及人工价格的合理优化,形成数据库便于更新及调用。
8、结合本地情况完善装修材料信息数据库符合设计要求。
Construction Engineer Supervisor :
1. Oversee the entire construction process for newly opened and renovated stores within the assigned region, ensuring compliance with the company's standardized construction specifications; understand construction techniques and independently resolve on-site issues.
2. Responsible for project kick-off briefings and final acceptance inspections, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule as per contract.
3. Regularly report project progress based on the status of each project.
4. Be familiar with store equipment and provide training to store operations staff on basic maintenance and usage methods.
5. Supervise construction quality to ensure alignment with the company's brand image.
6. Consolidate information on local contractors and suppliers, negotiate with potential partners according to company requirements, and submit proposals to the department manager.
7. Control costs by compiling and refining renovation item lists according to local market conditions; optimize material and labor pricing, and establish a database for easy updates and reference.
8. Improve and maintain a local database of renovation materials to meet design requirements.
