Supervise and evaluate the performance and work quality of subcontractors and construction teams
Monitor and manage construction activities to ensure alignment with the project timeline and milestones
Ensure construction works are executed in strict compliance with design drawings, technical specifications, and applicable standards
Prepare and submit periodic reports on construction status, progress, and quality
Develop and implement construction methods, quantity take-offs, design solutions, and handle all required technical documentation and legal paperwork
Calculate material requirements, request procurement, and coordinate the timely supply of materials to the site
Inspect and verify the quality of input materials and on-site construction workmanship
Guide and instruct subcontractors/construction teams to follow the company's construction processes and standards
Enforce and monitor strict adherence to site safety regulations and labor safety laws
Supervise the safety performance of all workers and subcontractors to ensure legal and HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) compliance
Coordinate with internal teams to define and implement technical requirements and safety measures
Other tasks assigned by direct manager
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor degree or higher level in Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering or related majors
At least 5 years of experience
Construction Practice Certificate level 3 or or higher is required
Experience in construction projects is an advantage
English communication is a must
Ability to maintain an overview of entire projects while continuing to attend to detailed technicalities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals
Knowledge the software such as AutoCAD,Civil 3D or similar
