Mô tả công việc
• Reviewing blueprints and drawings to ensure that the plans are accurate for the project being built
• Communicating with clients to discuss project details, budget considerations, and other issues that may arise
• Coordinating with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other construction staff members to ensure that all tasks are completed on time
• Inspecting building sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Directing construction activities by providing instructions to workers onsite
• Inspecting plans, materials, workmanship, and equipment to ensure quality and safety standards are met
• Inspecting sites for hazards such as standing water or exposed electrical wires
• Preparing bids for projects, then managing the bidding process until a construction contract is awarded
Yêu cầu
a. Education background & knowledge
• Having experience in construction management, civil engineering, architecture or building science.
• Having experience in Garment Factory is high advantage.
• In-depth knowledge of construction industry regulations.
• Have a good understandung of local construction laws.
b. Skills & behaviors
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Intermediate level at English (verbal and written communication skills)
• Be honest, careful and responsible
• Great organizational, and time-management skills.
• Good mathematical and analytical aptitude.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
