Yêu cầu
1. University degree specialized in Construction
2. Expert level of construction engineering
3. 03 years of experience at Site Manager position. 02 years of project management experience.
4. Fluent English
5. Demonstrate creativity, commitment (always keep the promise), fairness (assess and act based on facts, not biased), respectful (to listen to the different views to develop).
6. There are clear ethical, have a high sense of responsibility and conduct fair and transparent with contractors.
7. Ability to work independently and in groups.
8. Good communication, have bargaining power and build good relations
