Mô tả công việc
Construction contracts management to protect the rights of Lotte Mart.
Ensuring the store design and construction are followed the standard of Lotte Mart.
Cooperating with local government Department in solving any related legal matters during construction process.
Controlling Projects Team.
Making Payment Requests for contractors.
Coordinating with Purchasing team in bidding preparation.
Tight control the contractors for construction as timeline.
Managing the guarantee after construction completion.
Following up the project process.
Managing any store expansion during using period.
Preparing weekly and monthly reports of the assigned projects to the Development Director.
Other tasks will be assigned by HOD/ Director.
Yêu cầu
At least 3 years working experience with min 2 years as a Project Manager for the Owners/Investors
Experienced in working with contractors.
Experienced in working arrangement and solving issues at construction site.
Master of construction documents (drawing, acceptance document, test, operate system).
Logical thinking, systematizing types of papers and records.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
Strong skills in financial and project management.
Good time management ability.
Quyền lợi
Staff meal support (50.000/day), parking fee support.
Foreign language allowance (English, Korean)
Working time: Mon-Fri, 8.00 am - 5.00 pm
