Mô tả công việc
Plan and implement maintenance and repair for all items related to shelf construction in Lotte Duty Free stores.
Work with suppliers to obtain at least three quotations for all purchases.
Coordinate with government departments to obtain work permits for construction projects in accordance with procedures.
Read drawings/designs, implement construction work, and monitor site progress.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the Construction Manager.
Yêu cầu
At least 2 years of experience in site construction; interior construction experience is preferred.
Graduate from a vocational school or college with a major in construction or related fields.
Good at IT and capable of using AutoCAD software is an advantage.
Good English communication and writing skills.
Good communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Highly responsible, enthusiastic, honest, and cost-conscious for the company.
Experience in PM (Project Management) and CM (Construction Management) processes is preferred.
