Qualifications & Skills
Education and Certification:
- English proficiency (reading and writing) is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Preferred Certifications (optional): ISO27001, CISA, ITIL, AWS / Microsoft / Google certifications, or similar.
Experience:
- Fresh graduates with strong academic background and interest in IT consulting are welcome.
- Up to 5 years of relevant experience in IT consulting, IT audit, or technology risk management.
- Experience in Audit, Compliance, Quality Control & Assurance, ERP implementation, GRC or IT operations (e.g., DevOps, End-user Support) is a plus.
Soft Skills:
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
