Consumer Engagement Manager, Luxe

A Day in the Life Reporting to Head of Omni Channel Marketing, you will manage a team to orchestrate consumer engagement across all luxury touchpoints.
Engagement Strategy: Frame full-funnel activation strategies adapting zone guidelines to local luxury market specificities.
Performance & Media: Drive media optimization, managing A&P spend to maximize ROI across digital, social, and offline channels.
CRM & Loyalty: Oversee consumer database and loyalty programs to boost retention and acquisition.
Skills
