Consumer Relation Supervisor (Event, Activation, Sampling)

I. JOB PURPOSE:
- We are looking for a passionate Supervisor who will accept challenges, be enthusiastic,
progressive and ready for long-term commitment to the success & development of Otsuka
Thang.
- The Supervisor is responsible for Activation Activities including location confirmation,
logistic,.... from conception through to completion. To work with her/his team and Sales
team/Marketing team to manage/Execute Activities successfully.
II. MAIN DUTIES:
- To follow the department direction and plan of company (allocating budget/
channel/ message in communicating)
- To work with Sales team/ MKT team for sampling schedule based on real market
condition/ direction of all teams/ opportunity in the market trend and activation
budget.
- To guide South team and manage the execution of the activation program through
all stages of the process, arrange and manage on-site and off-site events to
introduce the products to consumers, and implement excellently to achieve business
growth goal.
- To monitor and control event budgets.
- To manage, coach and train Activation Executives, event PGs carefully and strictly.
- To submit complete and timely event reporting including analysis of the program
success / failure in terms of execution, effectiveness of the program from the consumer
point of view.
- To find opportunities to do activation/ event/ sampling and negotiate to optimize
those opportunities.
- To take responsibility and manage to increase sales performance of area that
you are in charge in a period of time.
- To feedback on competitors and Market trends include promotional programs,
distribution network, pricing strategies and new products launching.
