Chula is a premium fashion brand with a 22-year history in Vietnam, recognised as a social enterprise and boasting a highly loyal customer base worldwide. It combines high-quality handcrafted garments with a very strong brand identity, built around art, cultureand its social mission ("wearable art, wearable happiness"). We're building our marketing team, and we're looking for the person who will give the brand its shape, voice and presence on social media.
As Content Creator at CHULA Fashion Brand, you'll create the content that brings CHULA to life on Instagram, Facebook and other platforms: photo, video, Reels and stories. Working with the marketing coordinator, you'll pursue two goals: to strengthen the brand and to support our commercial campaigns.
Scope of work
Create and edit original content that is true to the brand's style and tone.
Propose ideas and formats.
Contribute to the content calendar alongside the team.
Track social metrics and propose what to repeat, what to change and what to drop.
Take part in shoots for products and campaigns, and cover brand events and behind the scenes moments for social media (photo, video, live stories).
What we're looking for
2+ years creating content for fashion, beauty or lifestyle brands
A genuine love for fashion and photography: you enjoy them, follow them and have a taste of your own.
You're connected and savvy: you know what's happening in fashion and social media, and you know which trends fit the brand.
You work independently, and welcome feedback.
Excellent English.
Fluency with editing tools (e.g. Canva, CapCut) and social media management tools for scheduling, publishing and analytics (e.g. Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite).
Comfort with analytics: you read the numbers and adapt your content accordingly.
Bonus points
You know how to work with UGC and influencers: selecting, briefing, rights and keeping it consistent with the brand.
Experience integrating AI into social media workflows.
Styling knowledge.
Graphic design skills.
