Content Creation & Management for
Digital Marketing Campaigns aimed at driving revenue growth and customer acquisition for Departments/Hospitals/Doctors. Specifically:
1. Develop content for Digital Marketing campaigns based on the demographic characteristics of target customer segments.
2. Execute and manage campaign content following approved plans, either directly or via vendors (depending on campaign scope), including:
• Writing and editing social media posts, website articles, and in-hospital sales materials (POSM, slides, videos, etc.)
• Writing, editing, and overseeing seeding content and communication materials across sales channels
3. Analyze content performance using measurable indicators such as traffic, engagement, etc., and propose optimization solutions.
4. Ensure all communication materials are aligned with the hospital's brand identity and tone of voice across digital channels.
5. Digital Communication:
• Coordinate planning and production of content for digital platforms
• Manage content calendars, ensuring messaging aligns with brand positioning
• Monitor user feedback and propose communication handling on digital channels
