1. Content Strategy (Multi-Platform)
• Build an integrated content strategy and editorial calendar across owned, earned, and paid channels (Website/Blog, SEO, Email/CRM, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Community platforms, PR).
• Define content pillars, messaging frameworks, and audience personas; ensure consistency with brand narrative and business goals.
• Plan content formats by channel (longform, shortform, video scripts, live formats, carousels, guides, whitepapers, UGC/community content).
• Partner with Performance Marketing to align content with funnels (awareness, consideration, conversion, retention) and repurpose hero content into multi asset campaigns.
2. Community Building & Engagement
• Develop a community growth strategy for organic channels (e.g., social groups, Facebook Groups, forums, loyalty hubs).
• Establish moderation guidelines and escalation playbooks; monitor sentiment and engagement health metrics.
• Identify and activate advocates/KOLs/creators; manage ambassador programs.
3. Team Leadership & Operations
• Lead, mentor, and develop a highp erforming content team (writers, editors)
• Define workflows, SLAs, content QA standards, and version control.
• Manage resourcing, prioritization, and sprint planning with clear briefs and deadlines.
4. Creative Briefing &
Designer Collaboration
• Translate strategy into actionable creative briefs (objective, audience, single minded message, mandatories, tone, references, spec).
• Manage designers' output (static, motion, video thumbnails, infographics, layouts) to deliver concept and performance goals.
• Run structured feedback cycles; approve final assets with brand and accessibility standards met.
5. Copywriting Excellence
• Oversee content quality: voice, grammar, storytelling, formatting, and accessibility.
• Own the style guide and taxonomy; ensure brand and legal compliance.
• Implement SEO best practices (keyword strategy, interlinking, metadata, schema basics) and collaborate with SEO/Performance for continuous optimization.
• Creating script and delivers effective sales presentations on social media, media (MC script, sales presentation script, testimonial script, interview script)
• Writing clear and attractive copy with a distinct voice for content
6. Measurement & Optimization
• Define channel level KPIs and OKRs; build dashboards with Marketing Analytics.
• Run A/B tests on headlines, formats, hooks, CTAs, and publishing times; use insights to iterate.
7. Cross Functional Collaboration
• Partner with Business Units,
Brand Manager, Performance for narratives, launches, and campaigns.
• Ensure content supports lead generation and lifecycle programs (nurture streams, onboarding, retention).

Required Competencies
· Ability to conceive fresh and appealing ideas for new content that establishes or supports the company's brand identity
· Proven experience building multi‐platform content strategies tied to growth outcomes.
· Strong editorial judgment, storytelling, and ability to turn insights into narratives.
· Community building and social engagement expertise (program design, moderation, activation).
· Proficient at writing/rewriting briefs and giving actionable creative feedback.
· Data‐driven mindset; comfort with dashboards, experimentation, and iterative improvement.
· Team leadership: coaching, prioritization, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management.
· Expertise using SEO best practices to write creative copy that includes effective keyword placement
· Excellent verbal communication skills with a good command of the English language
· Extremely computer literate, especially with how to write, interpret, ...
· Advanced written communication skills and an ability to read copy in English
· Experience with social media engagement strategies and best practices
· Strong skills in creating original content that targets a specific audience and meets company objectives
· Basic technical knowledge of MS Office and WordPress
Qualification and Experience Required
· Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
· Minimum of 4 years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or
digital marketing, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality content.
· At least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role, demonstrating the ability to lead teams, manage creative workflows, and mentor junior staff.
· A strong portfolio showcasing successful content campaigns or strategic projects is highly preferred
