Content Manager (Real Estate)

MAC MEDIA is a Vietnamese local agency providing strategic, creative and digital services to various categories of business, especially known as real-estate leading partnership. Currently, we are seeking a CONTENT MANAGER position for a team specializing in the real estate category, including all types of products: resorts, apartments, shophouses, condotels...

Oversee and manage the timely delivery of all jobs/projects of the team, while taking into account our client's requirements, needs, and business objectives to solve real problems.
In addition to leading the content team's performance and capability, you will work closely with The Planner and Account teams to define and implement sound creative strategy and following assets.
To explore, research, and propose innovative ways to elevate creative ideas or content proposals.
Possess the ability to guide, delegate tasks, and support the execution (if needed) of team members. Review and provide feedback on members' proposals to achieve the best final works.
Understanding workflows and managing them in an optimal method. This includes actively overseeing and managing team meetings, training, or reviewing performance.
Anticipate and resolve foreseeable potential project or work-related issues, and know when to notify the Managing Director.
REQUIREMENT:
Have more than 4 years of working in agencies.
At least 2 years of working in the manager or team lead position. Experience in handling real estate clients is a plus
Preferably with integrated creative experience. Familiarity with digital and social media, and ability to grasp hotspots and trends
Strong skills in managing people, projects, and resources.
