Overview: Beyond Compass is looking for a passionate and creative Content MKT Specialist with at least 2 years of experience in digital content production. You will work closely with the Digital MKT Specialist to attract and engage international clients through strategic SEO, creative design, and multimedia content.
Main Focus: Content creation, storytelling, branding, publishing, visual communication.
Responsibilities include
Content Strategy Alignment

Content Creation (Text & Visual)
➤ Produce original, brand-consistent content that resonates with target audiences.
Video & Multimedia Content
➤ Create engaging multimedia materials to enhance brand storytelling.
Optimization & SEO
➤ Maximize content visibility and performance through strategic SEO implementation.
Publishing & Scheduling
➤ Execute timely and error-free publishing through optimized scheduling and formatting.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
➤ Track results and suggest data-informed improvements for future content.
Cross-functional Coordination
➤ Collaborate across departments to deliver content that supports cross-team initiatives.
Internal Branding Tasks and Other Tasks by Line Manager
➤ Support internal engagement and branding through strategic creative execution.
Must-have requirements
Fluent in business English (equivalent IELTS 6.5+, TOEIC 850+)
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science,
Software Engineering, or related fields
2+ years of experience in content marketing or related roles
Proven SEO content writing experience
Proficiency in Canva and basic Adobe tools
Ability to edit short videos and basic animation skills
