JOB OVERVIEW
We're looking for a creative and strategic Content Marketing Specialist to join our team. If you're passionate about crafting compelling content that engages audiences and drives results, we'd love to hear from you! In this role, you'll develop and execute content strategies, create captivating content across various platforms, and analyze performance to optimize our marketing efforts.
- Develop and implement content marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives and target audience.
- Write and edit engaging content for blogs, website pages, whitepapers, case studies, social media, and email campaigns.
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery across all channels.
- Optimize content for SEO to improve search rankings and drive traffic.
- Conduct research to understand audience needs and tailor content accordingly.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to promote content via social media, email, and other channels.
- Monitor and analyze content performance with tools like Google Analytics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand voice and messaging guidelines.
Yêu cầu
Qualifications
A. Must Have
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Vietnamese and English. Strong knowledge of content marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in content analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Consoles, SEMRush, Adobe Analytics).
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Journalism or a related field.
- At least 1 year of content marketing, with a focus on B2B in the IT industry with a proven experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot) and SEO best practices.
- Enthusiasm for learning, creativity, and the ability to adapt to new trends.
B. Nice to Have
- Possession of an English language certification.
- Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and IT outsourcing trends.
- Skills in graphic design or video production. Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
