As a Content Media Executive (Junior), you will work closely with the Marketing and Brand team to manage and optimize multi-channel social content, as well as support the operational execution of our campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
1. AI-Powered International Content Translation & Formatting: Take full ownership of translating and formatting approximately 10-15 content pieces or video scripts per week. Adapt and localize content for Daily Social Always-on formats, spanning across TOFU (Top of Funnel) to attract leads and BOFU (Bottom of Funnel) to drive conversions.
2. Daily Media Asset Editing: Design and edit daily photos and high-converting Video Thumbnails specifically tailored for Facebook/Instagram Stories and TikTok posts.
3. Social Media Post Scheduling: Plan, schedule, and publish finalized content across various brand channels, ensuring consistent posting times, proper formatting, and a structured content calendar.
4. Operational & Logistic Support: Coordinate the process of sending product samples and legal contracts to KOCs, influencers, and partner agencies; actively monitor deliveries and provide seamless backend support for marketing campaigns.
5. Other Tasks: Perform other related duties and ad-hoc marketing assignments as designated and supervised by the Line Manager.
Yêu cầu
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-2 years of practical experience in social media content creation or KOL/KOC management.
• Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of social media landscapes and content formats.
• Languages: Basic proficiency in English (written and verbal skills).
• Core Skills & Tools:
- Proficiency in graphic design and basic video editing tools (Adobe Photoshop/Premiere/CapCut).
- Strong project coordination and multi-tasking abilities.
- A proactive, energetic, and fast-paced execution mindset.
• Equipment: Must possess a personal laptop for daily business operations.
