Manage content types including but not limited to podcasts, videos, playlist titles, user profiles, playlists, album art, other user generated content, and live stream through services.
Listen to live audio streams to moderate content against community guidelines.
Receive leads through client tool to evaluate content.
Engage and record outcomes of content through use of programs and tools, spreadsheets, or other.
Track all moderation activities in and using client commissioned tools
Yêu cầu
Base Salary: 7.500.000 vnd/month. Meal allowance: 500.000 vnd/month. Monthly KPI Incentive: Up to 1.200.000 vnd/month 100% salary in 2-month probation time.
Minimum B2-level English certificate.
Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) over and above any one native language listed above.
Deep understanding of regional slang, music, pop culture, and linguistic nuances within your native language.
High level of maturity and judgment to identify and handle sensitive vs. non sensitive content appropriately.
Flexible for 24/7 rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays
