About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Content Operations Specialist to join our Account team and support the delivery of social-first campaigns for a global technology brand.
This role serves as the quality gatekeeper across the content development process, ensuring all social content, creator deliverables, and campaign assets align with brand guidelines, communication standards, and client requirements before submission.
The ideal candidate combines strong content judgment, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to navigate highly regulated brand environments.
Key Responsibilities
Content Quality Control & Governance
Review and evaluate social media content across multiple formats, including social copy, content calendars, scripts, storyboards, creator briefs, and video deliverables.
Ensure all content complies with brand guidelines, messaging frameworks, product communication requirements, and platform best practices.
Identify potential compliance risks, inconsistencies, or quality issues before content is submitted for client approval.
Establish and maintain content review checklists, quality standards, and governance processes.
Creator & Campaign Oversight
Review KOL/Creator scripts, concepts, and content deliverables to ensure alignment with campaign objectives and brand requirements.
Work closely with creators, creative teams, and production partners to address revisions and improve content quality.
Provide clear and actionable feedback to internal teams and external partners.
Stakeholder Management
Partner closely with Account, Creative, Strategy, and Production teams throughout campaign development.
Interpret client feedback and translate requirements into actionable recommendations for project teams.
Act as a key point of contact for content quality and compliance-related matters during campaign execution.
Continuous Improvement
Monitor recurring feedback patterns and identify opportunities to improve content development processes.
Support onboarding and knowledge-sharing initiatives related to client guidelines and content governance practices.
Yêu cầu
3-4 years of experience in Content, Social Media, Account Management, Content Operations, or related roles within an agency environment.
Strong understanding of social media content development and influencer marketing workflows.
Proven experience reviewing and managing content across multiple stakeholders and approval layers.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify issues in messaging, branding, tone of voice, and content execution.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and tight timelines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Professional working proficiency in English.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with regional or global brands.
Experience in technology, consumer electronics, or highly regulated brand environments.
Familiarity with content governance, brand compliance, or quality assurance processes.
Experience reviewing influencer or creator-led content campaigns.

- 5 ngày/tuần (nghỉ 2 ngày không cố định
- Thời gian làm việc: 8h/ngày (trong đó 4-5h livestream, thời gian còn lại: chuẩn bị kịch bản trước phiên live, review sau phiên live, quay video,..)
