I. JOB PURPOSES
- Produced and implemented creative content for social platforms, with a focus on short-form videos on TikTok and Facebook Reels.
- Created written social content and basic designs to boost brand awareness, engagement,and conversions while ensuring consistent brand positioning across multiple platforms.
II. DIMENSION/ KEY FIGURES
- Working Period: from 09h00 to 18h00, Monday to Friday.
- Direct Report to: COO.
III. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: (Minimum requirement)
1. Video Content (50%):
- Well-versed in and proactively updated with TikTok and Facebook Reels trends and algorithms to optimize content performance.
- Create content strategies aligned with each stage of the brand's growth; created content plans and apply them into ideas and scripts for short videos based on the target audience's pain points provided by the brand team.
- Quickly identified and selected relevant trends to achieve both organic virality and consistent brand vibe.
- Optimize content performance to increase conversion rates to table bookings.
- Basic filming and editing (self-shooting or collaborating with the team); proficient in using
CapCut to create smooth edits with effects, text, and music as needed.
2. Writing Social Content (20%)
• Write captions, mini posts, and voice-over scripts with clear call-to-action (CTA) for table bookings
on Facebook and Zalo OA; adapted equivalent content for the company's websites.
- Able to brief designers and create decent designs independently on Canva when needed.
- Collaborated with the design and marketing teams to ensure content alignment with the brand's
visuals and tone of voice.
3. Analysis & Reporting (20%)
- Monitored performance metrics for each post (views, reach, CTR, conversions → table bookings).
- Prepared monthly reports and derived insights on which content to stop, maintain, or further develop.
- Proposed continuous improvements to enhance overall effectiveness.
4. Other Tasks (10%)
• Performed other tasks as assigned by direct supervisors and the Board of Directors.
IV. KPIs
- Quality video deliverables for TikTok and Facebook Reels per week: minimum 4 clips.
- Conversion rate (table bookings from content): meet brand team's target.
- Average engagement rate: 2-3%.
- At least 2 organic viral videos per month.
- Comprehensive monthly performance reports with detailed action plans.
V. SPECIAL REQUIREMENT
1. Education
• Graduated from University or College (preferably in Public Relations - Advertising, Marketing or Business Administration,...).
2. Experience
• 2-3 years of experience as a Content Specialist/Content Creator (preferably in F&B, lifestyle, hospitality, or food sectors).
3. Professional Skill
• Skilled in filming and editing short videos (proficient in Capcut; knowledge of Premiere/After
Effects is a plus).
- Capable of writing concise, action-oriented content with clear CTAs.
- Proficient in designing posts on Canva with a good aesthetic sense.
- Able to build dashboards to analyze social performance and derive actionable insights.
- Strong trend awareness with the ability to filter for brand fit and create trends.
4. Computer Microsoft Office Skill
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Canva, Capcut, and AI tools such as ChatGPT or Gemini AI (mandatory).
- Basic skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, or Premiere are considered a plus.
5. Time Management
• Able to prioritize tasks effectively and highly committed to meeting deadlines.
6. Communication Skill
- Give concise, efficient & clear message to partners.

7. Language (English)
• Fluency in English at writing and reading is a plus.
