Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Content Writer to join Oxalis Group (including Oxalis Adventure, Phong Nha Holiday, and future projects of Oxalis Group). The ideal candidate is someone with travel experience to various destinations both within Vietnam or abroad, preferably with a passion for adventure travel, a love for nature, and a desire to create job opportunities for local communities. Have knowledge and experience in writing articles with high SEO efficiency. At the same time, know how to use AI and Notion tools to synthesize information and manage work effectively.

Scope & detailed responsibilities
- Good English and Vietnamese writing skills. Able to write at least 6 articles per week (around 2,000 words each). Skilled at creating engaging, unique, and informative content for various platforms, including websites and marketing materials, to promote Oxalis Adventure, Phong Nha Holiday, and the company's future products.
- Collaborate closely with the SEO, Website Manager and Marketing Director to achieve the company's marketing objectives.
- Research customer behavior, analyze article effectiveness to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
- Edit and post articles on WordPress platform. Training will be provided if you have no experience.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Notion to improve writing efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with other teams within Oxalis Group to ensure consistency in brand messaging.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in writing and content creation.
- Monitor and review all content activities for your assigned projects and assess the results achieved, and report related job responsibilities directly to the Website Manager.
