Contest And Communication Specialist

ROLE PURPOSE
Manage all P&A (Prizes & Awards) matters and communication with high level of efficiency, accordance with company guidelines/budget to increase sales and motivation sales force to achieve the business result.
ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTPUTS
Operational
− Manage all P&A matters effectively, accordance with guidelines and budget, no audit points & turn around time as planed: (70%)
o Plan nationwide contests, review all proposals & memos accurately, ensure all information are fully verified before launching such as slide, poster, etc.
o Ensure the communication plan to sale force accurately & timely as scheduled: Memo, update, final, payment, claw back, PIT tax deduction, SMS and promotion POSM
o Review, update, edit & proofread contest rules/guidelines and develop writes-up for communication related to contests.
o Monitor P&A report & evaluate efficiency of contest monthly
o Analyse and review all contest/initiatives, lesion learnt and suggest future, produce 100% accuracy for contest monitoring report/budget
o Financial: Control & follow up effectively P&A budget guideline
o Non-Financial: Issue all regular contest update, monthly reports, etc. with 100% accuracy & timely
− Communication for all sales related incl. review all sales memo to align with sales strategy, simple and easy understanding, coordinate with MKT to design nice/motivated format and design (20%), which incl.
o Promotion of all contests by digital approach
o Compensation memo
o DAS Memo and sales related memo
− Support agency events effectively & timely as per check list assigned by event owner & coordinate with other depts. such as Academy, IT, Finance (10%)
