Mô tả công việc

Lead, forecast and manage driver recruitment in line with growth projection;
Explore different recruitment channels to diversify acquisition sources in order to ensure KPIs
Propose initiatives to improve acquisition channels and lead quality and be responsible for execution
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to identify process pain points and suggestion for improvement
To perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
Time of work: Monday - Friday (9:00 am - 6:00 pm) & Saturday (9:00 am - 1:00 pm)

What are we seeking:
An outgoing and open-minded personality that can interact and influence people with different profiles (age, nationality, experience, background);
An ambitious individual who has a go getter attitude to bring solutions and ideas to our daily operations needs;
Strong sense of prioritization, and structured mindset to cover multiple things at the same time, without compromising on quality;
Autonomous and adaptable attitude to cope with an ever-changing working environment.
What you need:
Degree in the relevant field;
Fresher are welcome;
Previous experience in operations background/customer service is a plus/advantage;
Vietnamese national with fluency in Vietnamese is required;
Good MS Office skills, especially Excel is ideal;
Extrovert, sociable, responsible, organized.
