Sales & Partner Coordination
Prepare sales materials for cooperation agents as needed.
Assist the Manager in scheduling online/onsite meetings with partners.
Arrange meetings/logistics when partners visit Portugal, Greece, etc.
Regularly follow up with international agents regarding sales activities.
Marketing Support
Work with the marketing team to update promotional materials or social media content tailored for cooperation agents (e.g., webinars, seminars).
Marketing & Content Support (On-Camera Role)
- Act as on-screen talent for video
- Participate in content series (market insights, project walkthroughs, interviews)
- Support filming preparation (scripts, key messages, coordination)
Reporting
Prepare summary reports of active deals or leads from cooperation sources for Managers
Yêu cầu
Male candidates preferred
Educational level: Fresh graduate/ Senior Year (4th year) in Business Administration, Law, Marketing or related fields.
Intermediate English proficiency (equivalent to IELTS 5.5 or above).
Confident and comfortable speaking on camera (clear, natural communication style)
Strong Microsoft Office, PowerPoint in particular, research and presentation skills.
Positive thinking, teamwork, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated, enthusiastic, proactive with strong problem-solving skills
Time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in various stages of completion efficiency and effectively
