Mô tả công việc
Reporting to Assistant Manager, Gaming Logistics & Licensing, Coordinator will provide assistance to Assistant Manager, Gaming Logistic and Licensing to casino equipment movements and accountable for ensuring effective and efficient of gaming equipment to meet gaming standards and procedures and the maximization of revenue opportunities for the department. He/she shall be responsible in maintaining a high standard of customer service and that all Gaming team members have a great understanding of the Company's products and services.
Assist in project execution of all casino changes through liaison with other departments and business units.
Quality Control: the logistics professional will need to ensure the gaming products meet quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
Managing supply chain operations, professional overseeing the movement of Gaming item, such as hardware, software, and digital assets from production to distribution. This involves coordinating with suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors.
Other tasks as assigned by direct manager.
Work closely with the Compliance Team on new product releases and conduct demonstration to Vietnam government's gaming committee as required.
Monitoring Gaming Equipment Inventory level: to ensure timely delivery of gaming products, the logistics professional will need to monitor inventory levels. Forecast of demand and adjust accordingly. This involves working closely to Gaming operation team to understand gaming product demand and ensure that the right amount of inventory is available.
Liaise with Procurement team for the new order/service.
Ensure that the Company's principles and guidelines are observed at all times.
Effectively understand disciplinary action in accordance with the Company's policies & procedures and performance standards.
Yêu cầu
Minimum of three (3) - years of experience in significant establishments.
Knowledgeable about all kinds of gaming products.
Knowledgeable in logistics.
Ability to make judgments and decisions regarding guest and employee complaints.
Ability to deal effectively with the general public and casino staff.
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High School Degree, College or University Degree in related field preferred, from an accredited institution, and/ or equivalent work experience.
