Mô tả công việc
- Review and handle incidents arising during the inspection process in a timely and effective
manner.
- Proactively coordinate with relevant parties to ensure accuracy and completeness throughout the
inspection process.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to inspection activities.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, procedures, and directives during the execution of
inspection services.
- Perform periodic statistical analysis and prepare reports as required.
- Organize and maintain proper storage and preservation of inspection documents and related
equipment.
Yêu cầu
- English proficiency at an intermediate level (equivalent to B level or above).
- Proficient in computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
