What You'll Do
Craft Killer Narratives: Own the end-to-end copy thinking for social and influencer campaigns-crafting scroll-stopping ideas, snappy lines, trends, and scripts that make brands part of culture.
Lead from the Front (and Feed): Guide a sizable team of sr. writers and sr.
designers to execute campaigns that are bold, relevant, and meme-worthy, not old-school.
Concept with Purpose: Develop content ideas and frameworks that align with business briefs-not just pretty posts. Every word should move the needle.
Influence the Influencers & Communities: Collaborate with influencers, talent,
content creators & social media communities to craft content that feels native, real, and share-worthy.
Break the Mold: Move faster than traditional agencies. Bring a hacker mindset to creativity- trend-hacking, and reactive campaigns are your playground.
Design-Driven Strategy: Partner with Art Directors to guide visual output rooted in storytelling and insight-not just aesthetic.
Proactively leverages AI for efficiency during operations and daily tasks while maintaining original thought and artistic vision
Who You Are
Bachelor's degree in art, graphic design, marketing, communications, journalism, and other relevant fields.
Open for new creative challenges, with a 6-8 years of experience in digital-first creative roles with a strong portfolio of social, influencer, and campaign work that stands out.
A master wordsmith - witty, playful, surprising, but with strategic depth.
Proven management / leadership experience-able to nurture a team and keep the creative fire alive.
Passion for pop culture, meme mechanics, digital trends, and storytelling on Meta, Youtube, TikTok, Reels, Shorts, Threads, etc.
Comfortable pushing back, remixing briefs, and making ideas better.
Good command over English
