Position Overview
The Copywriter plays a key role in building and scaling global D2C fashion brands by creating clear, compelling, and performance-driven content across multiple channels.
This role exists to translate brand strategy into persuasive copy that drives awareness, engagement, and revenue - while continuously leveraging AI tools, research, and data insights to improve output quality and marketing effectiveness.
As an early-career contributor, the position is designed to develop strong fundamentals in brand storytelling, consumer psychology, and growth marketing, while taking real ownership of content execution from day one.
Key Responsibilities
Writing high-converting copy for global D2C fashion brands (primarily U.S. audience)
Creating and scheduling social media content
Email marketing (retention flows + cold outreach campaigns)
Supporting light paid media execution (Meta & Pinterest)
AI prompting and workflow optimization
Researching global fashion trends, culture, and consumer behavior
Contributing ideas for brand campaigns and product launches

Qualifications & Requirements
University graduation in Marketing or related field
Fresh Graduate or 1-2 year of experience
Strong English writing skills (natural American tone and diction)
Deep curiosity and strong research instincts
Obsession with improving your craft
Comfort with technology and AI tools (or strong willingness to learn)
Interest in global fashion, culture, and consumer psychology
Ownership mindset and accountability
