As the creative arm within ChiCom Group's ecosystem, alongside Trust-Based PR and technical infrastructure, Vital C is where brand strategy and social execution come together to deliver lasting results.
We are looking for a Copywriter to turn insights into bold ideas, meaningful stories, and impactful brand experiences across campaigns and digital platforms.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1/ CREATIVE EXECUTION (45%)
Deliver polished and effective copywriting across various creative formats, including scripts, advertising copy, social content, and more... in both Vietnamese and English.
Stay open to feedback, refine work proactively, and collaborate effectively with project teams to continuously elevate creative quality.
Continuously learn, explore inspiring creative case studies, and strengthen executional skills to achieve greater consistency in creative output and grow toward higher creative roles in the future.
2/ IDEA & PROPOSAL DEVELOPMENT (35%)
Support research on creative tactics and develop engaging ideas for key hooks and campaign activities based on experience, case studies, cultural trends, and consumer insights.
Ensure proposal ideas are well-crafted under the guidance of the Copy Lead, with a strong focus on creativity, originality, and executional feasibility.
Beyond being responsible for idea development and copywriting, actively contribute to enhancing other creative aspects of the proposal (ex: visual and design-related directions)
Present and communicate ideas clearly to internal teams and clients when required.
3/ CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT (20%)
Collaborate closely with the Copy Lead to develop strong and meaningful campaign concepts.
Contribute ideas for key messages, taglines, communication stories, and other strategic creative directions to shape the overall concept framework of each project.
Work closely with internal teams, especially the creative team, to continuously build and strengthen innovative ideas throughout the creative development process.
REQUIREMENTS:
PROFESSIONAL SKILLS & EXPERTISE
1-2 years of hands-on experience in content creation, including copywriting, scriptwriting, and digital storytelling across multiple platforms.
Comfortable working with digital tools and modern creative workflows, AI-powered tools, alongside a continuous learning mindset.
Strong ability to interpret and analyze creative briefs, with excellent writing and editing skills in both English and Vietnamese.
A sharp and imaginative thinker who can transform insights into compelling ideas, communication angles, and engaging narratives.
Exceptional attention to detail skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high creative standards.
Passionate about communications, branding, and storytelling, with a long-term ambition to grow within the creative industry.
