1. Key Responsibilities
· Core System Development: Research, develop, and manage core information systems and resources to support the Bank's operations.
· Technical Leadership: Act as a primary technical focal point for Core Banking projects, ensuring alignment with business requirements and system integrity.
· System Integration: Conduct analysis, design, and programming for Core system enhancements, focusing on Oracle-based technologies.
· Quality Assurance: Monitor software development procedures, conduct system testing (UAT), and ensure smooth production deployment.
· Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate team activities to ensure the completion of assigned tasks and high-quality standards.
· Optimization: Propose and test solutions to enhance the operational efficiency and security of the Core Banking system.

2. Job Requirements
· Experience:
o At least 7 years of professional programming experience.
o Minimum 3 years of experience in financial institutions or the banking sector.
o At least 2 years of intensive experience with Core Banking systems, with a strong preference for Oracle Flexcube.
o Proven track record in team coordination and management.
· Technical Skills:
o Expert knowledge of Oracle programming (PL/SQL, Database) particularly within a Core system environment.
o Proficiency in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and operational processes.
o Familiarity with other programming languages such as Java or .NET is a significant advantage.
· Education & Languages: Bachelor's degree or higher in IT or related majors.
· English: TOEIC 500+ or equivalent.
· Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
