1. Job summary:
Enhance the brand visibility and reputation of KOVA Paint by the two main activities: Corporate Communication & Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
2. Key tasks:
- Develop & implement strategic communication plans to grow the brand and support the business goals
- Shape and promote the corporate brand as well as develop the key messages corresponding to the organization's different growth stages
- Plan & organize the corporate events and build all relevant supporting materials
- In charge of media requests & media crisis
- Run the company-owned communication channels including Website, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
- Act as a producer for the internal and external publications including corporate profiles, corporate videos, presentations, news, speeches, etc. in both Vietnamese and English to enhance the corporate brand awareness and visibility
- Plan, implement, and supervise the CSR activities (i.e., KOVA Prize and sponsorship events) in line with the company's sustainability development strategy
- Enhance internal communication, sustain employee engagement and promote the organizational culture
- Team up with other company members within the group or other departments in organizing events that support the brand and business goals
- Carry out other relevant tasks from the Board of Directors and Corporate Affairs Directors
Job Requirement
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar position
- Excellent writing, speaking, and presentation skills
- Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills
- Good interpersonal skills to establish and nurture fruitful and positive relationships with colleagues, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Be creative, self-motivated and a good teamwork player
- A 'can do' attitude & positive energy towards good outcomes
- Can use English at professional level
