Mô tả công việc
*Main Task:
- Assist RM of Corporate Banking Team to improve customer relationship management, establish and maintain customer relationships, accurately grasp and meet customer needs in a timely manner.
- Assist RM to contact customers and write signed reports to accurately grasp and meet customer needs in a timely manner.
- Carry out credit investigation and fill in related forms to take into account the timeliness and accuracy of credit investigation.
- Examination of customer information and collection of industry-related information to facilitate the production of credit signing and reporting related operations.
- Regularly review existing credit customers to grasp the customer's operating conditions and improve post-loan management.
- Statistics and compilation of reports to control the achievement of various business objectives.
- Cooperate with RM to visit customers, assist in handling customer transactions and general needs, to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Implement other duty being assigned by bank
*Non-financial Aspect
- Correctness of signed newspaper writing
- Achievement rate of credit investigation and operation timeliness
- Accuracy rate of signature and credit investigation
- Completion rate of signing credit application and review report on time
- Correctness of daily reports
- Customer Complaint Rate
Yêu cầu
***Professional requirement:
- Relevant financial knowledge background
- Familiar with the Bank's business-related regulations, regulations, and operating procedures
***Most challenging and difficult parts:
Effectively and promptly resolve matters related to customer business transactions, complete accurate reports within the time limit, and serve as a communication bridge between business, operations and customers.
***Education:
- University degree or above, business related majors are preferred
***Work experience:
- More than one year working experience in banking is preferred
***Language skill:
- Fluent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills
