A senior finance professional with the capability to lead and execute complex M&A transactions and fundraising activities in the green energy sector. This role serves as a strategic force in identifying, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities while building and maintaining relationships with key financial partners.
1. Analysis & Valuation (Due Diligence):
Lead comprehensive financial due diligence activities, including in-depth analysis of financial statements, cash flow models, and financial risk assessments.
Develop and refine complex financial models for business and project valuation, utilizing advanced methodologies such as DCF analysis, market comparables, and asset-based valuation.
Provide in-depth analysis of the green energy market, including emerging technologies, regulatory changes, and global competitive dynamics.
Evaluate the financial feasibility and risks of renewable energy projects (solar, wind, hydro, hydrogen, etc.), delivering investment recommendations based on data-driven insights.
2. M&A Transactions:
Identify and evaluate strategic M&A opportunities, including target companies and projects, and build tailored acquisition strategies.
Lead the full M&A deal cycle from origination to closure, including contract negotiations, legal and financial due diligence, and stakeholder coordination.
Structure creative and optimized deals that maximize corporate value while mitigating financial and legal risks.
Work closely with legal, technical, and business teams to ensure smooth and successful transaction execution.
3. Fundraising:
Develop and implement diverse fundraising strategies, including equity, debt, bonds, and other complex financial instruments.
Build and maintain a strong network of institutional investors, investment funds, investment banks, and international financial organizations.
Prepare persuasive investor materials and professional financial documentation to engage potential investors.

Graduated with a major in Finance, Banking, Investment, or related fields.
Comprehensive understanding of the M&A process, especially in the energy sector or related industries.
Ability to identify and develop potential investment ideas aligned with sustainable growth and renewable energy development strategies.
Strong financial analysis, business valuation, and corporate finance-related skills.
Experience in project management and coordinating due diligence teams.
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in corporate development, corporate finance, investment banking, or private equity.
Preference given to candidates with experience at Big4 (Transaction Advisory/M&A) or private equity funds.
Strong skills in financial modeling and analysis (proficient in Excel, VBA, Power BI, etc.).
Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical thinking, data-driven and pragmatic.
Results-oriented with a high sense of responsibility.
Ability to work under high pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Good English communication skills, especially in international professional environments.

4. Financial Strategy:
Analyze and forecast the company's long-term financial outlook and propose financial strategies to achieve growth and profitability goals.
Design and implement financial risk management policies, covering interest rate, forex, and credit risk management.
Stay current and analyze regulatory and policy changes impacting finance, investment, and M&A in the green energy sector.
Provide strategic financial advice to the Board of Management on key investment and financial decisions.
Other tasks as assigned by the Board of Management.
