Who are we looking for?
· We are looking for Relationship Managers to build and preserve trusting relationships with our customers. We'll rely on you to find ways to outperform our competition and maintain our company's positive image.
· To succeed in this role, you should be an excellent communicator, able to work with sales and marketing teams and build rapport with customers. We also expect you to be a strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills.
· Ultimately, you'll maintain strong relationships with our KBANK's clients to boost our brand and profits in the long-run.
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Understand the KBank's product and able to cultivate for business opportunity and propose customer the appropriated products.
· Identify potential new customers and up/cross-selling opportunities.
· Conduct account plan and execution plan to approach the target client and deliver the business result.
· Visit and provide financial consultant/solution to customers. Summarize call report.
· Coordinate customer and related parties to ensure customer service fulfilment and ensure the compliance of regulation, internal process and policy.
· Handle day-to-day transaction and get approval upon delegated level of authority (DLA), if need.
· Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisors including to spot new business opportunity to enhance local business and propose to management.

· Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, marketing, finance, or other banking-related products.
· 5 years - solid experiences in sales and relationship management in banking industry with Large Corporate/Multi-Corporate customer portfolio.
· Excellent communication skills in English, strong leadership, networking, and negotiation skill
· Proficient in Financial and business analysis skills.
