Mô tả công việc
• Complying with the applicable audit requirements;
• Communicating and clarifying audit requirements;
• Planning and carrying out assigned responsibilities effectively and efficiently;
• Documenting observations;
• Reporting the audit results;
• Verifying the effectiveness of corrective actions taken as a result of the audit;
• Retaining and safeguarding documents pertaining to the audit:
• Submitting such documents to Manager before the end of the audit,
• Ensuring that such documents remain confidential,
• Treating privileged information with discretion;
• Adhering to all company policies relating to integrity and confidentiality of information.
Yêu cầu
- From 1 - 2 years of experience in social compliance audit or factory root cause and management system audit, training development experience;
- University in Chemistry or Environment and Law, technical field...;
- Prefer local candidate has certificate in one or more of the following schemes ISO 9001, ISO 14001, SA 8000, ICTI, WRAP, IRCA, SMETA, BSCI, HIGG, Chemical Management or APSCA registered auditors or any other proof of successful completion of other social auditing training;
- Experience in working in production environments and with brands, conducting compliance audit in factories/suppliers, especially in the apparel industry;
- Good language ability: good spoken and written in English;
- Good communication skills with ability to articulate concepts, solutions at executive level;
- Ability to travel domestic frequently based on the set of factories allocated to the position.
