Corporate Social Responsibility Manager (CSR Manager)

As a CSR Manager, you will have a broad range of responsibilities. One of your main duties will be to develop and implement CSR strategies, ensuring alignment with the company's ethical and sustainability goals. You will also be responsible for managing supplier compliance, ensuring that all vendors meet social, environmental, and labor standards. Additionally, you will work closely with manufacturing partners, and internal teams to drive improvements in worker well-being, sustainability initiatives, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
• Developing and implementing comprehensive CSR strategies that align with the company's mission, values and business objectives
• Ensure supplier compliance with social, environmental, and ethical sourcing standards
• Develop sustainability strategies, initiatives including waste reduction, eco-friendly materials
• Oversee worker welfare programs and ensure fair labor practices.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, standards and best practices in corporate social responsibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive CSR improvements and risk management.
• Prepare CSR reports and maintain transparency in sustainability efforts.
