• Develop and calculate product costs by order or production batch in the electronics sector.
• Track and allocate production expenses including raw materials, labor, and manufacturing overheads.
• Analyze variances between actual and planned costs, identifying causes and proposing optimization strategies.
• Collaborate with Production, PMC, and Warehouse departments to ensure data accuracy and timeliness.
• Reconcile accounting records with Customs declarations in coordination with the Logistics department.
• Manage Bill of Materials (BOM) and production lead times to support precise cost accounting.
• Report raw material and production cost variances to the Head Office.
Yêu cầu
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cost accounting or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MISA accounting software.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on financial analysis.
• Experience with process costing and inventory management.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes is a plus.
• CPA or equivalent certification is preferred.
