- Gather all general production costs (fixed asset depreciation costs, raw material costs, electricity and water costs, prepaid tools and equipment, purchased service costs, etc. .), salary costs - the basis for calculating product costs.
- Based on the component costs to calculate the planned cost, standard cost and actual price.
- Control all costs for each product corresponding to each production order.
- Make appropriate price adjustments according to cost fluctuations.
Prepare product cost analysis reports
- Prepare a summary table - analyze production efficiency based on each production order (actual cost versus planned cost).
- Prepare periodic reports on tasks as required:
Production reports: raw material needs, raw material usage process, inventory reports for order target groups.
Production cost report: calculate depreciation allocation of fixed assets, tools and equipment, general report - general costs, fee items, short-term and long-term prepaid costs.
Cost report: by product, by order; Update cost table.
