POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for a detail-oriented Cost Controller to ensure accurate and reliable cost management across our factory. You will own standard costing, variance analysis, inventory valuation, and cross-functional cost improvement - directly supporting pricing decisions and management reporting.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Establish and maintain standard costs for materials, labor, and overhead by product / SKU; keep ERP cost master data current
• Prepare monthly production performance reports including CM1 (Contribution Margin) by product, production line, and customer; track aging stocks
• Perform monthly cost variance analysis (material, labor, overhead), investigate root causes, and present findings with actionable recommendations
• Reconcile and verify inventory valuation (raw material, WIP, finished goods) and monthly COGS by product line
• Collaborate with production,
purchasing, and quality teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and track financial impact
• Prepare KPI dashboards and support quarterly business-review materials for management

REQUIREMENTS
🎓 Education
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
⏱ Experience
- 5-7 years in cost accounting, cost control, or financial analysis
- Minimum 3 years in a manufacturing environment
- Proven ERP experience
💻 Technical skills
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, power query, financial modelling)
- SAP CO/FI modules or equivalent ERP system
- Strong grasp of BOM, routing, and cost-centre structures
🌐 Language
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Ability to prepare and present management reports in English

• Ability to meet fixed month-end and year-end deadlines under pressure
