JOB PURPOSES
The Costing Supervisor will be responsible for setting up and maintenance of accurate process cost information, reconciliation of standard costs to actual costs, maintenance of perpetual inventory system, participating in the month end close and budgeting process, assisting Reporting & Performance Manager and other stakeholders with day-to-day operations and reporting requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Routine management:
Perform month-end costing closing on SAP systems for two factories.
Maintain standard costs for two factories yearly & Ad-hoc case.
Track, analyse, and benchmark factory manufacturing and development overhead costs.
Analyse the Variance of Industry Cost, Variance Logistic Cost, Price & Performance variance of materials, Volume variance, Mix variance, Non-operation cost analyst.
Own the Supply Chain Financial Data (SCFD) and calculated Supply Chain KPIs monthly, weekly
Track the price of all materials and the usage of all costing components in the production process
Track the production and sales volume weekly/ monthly to ensure inventory movement and balances were reconciled with the general ledger.
Simplify the process and define standardized process with all templates.
