Costing Executive

Prepare product costing sheets for new and existing furniture items based on BOM, drawings, specifications, and production requirements.
Calculate raw material, hardware, packaging, labor, subcontracting, overhead, and other related costs.
Coordinate with technical, purchasing, production, warehouse, and finance teams to collect and validate cost inputs.
Support the sales team with cost breakdowns, price simulations, quotation analysis, and margin checks for customer inquiries.
Review costing assumptions and update prices when material cost, labor rate, exchange rate, or production process changes.
Maintain accurate costing databases, standard cost files, and historical pricing records.
Compare actual costs versus estimated costs and highlight variances for management review.
Support process improvement initiatives to improve costing accuracy, quotation speed, and profitability control.
Prepare regular costing reports and analysis for management.
Perform other duties assigned by management.
