Job Description Summary
- Manage and oversee all costing activities, including product costing, and cost allocation
- Analyze cost variances (material, labor, overhead) and provide clear explanations to management
- Support monthly closing, cost reporting in compliance with company policies
- Work closely with Production, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Finance teams to ensure cost accuracy
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or other related fields
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Costing
- Good English
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and manufacturing costing
- Ability to analyze cost drivers, identify saving opportunities, and support pricing decisions.
- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, cost modeling, and management reporting
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
