Mô tả công việc
Looking for and Counseling prospective students and parents of study overseas: country/ university/ courses/ entry requirements/ application procedures/ visa application and associated issues
Working closely with Marketing dept to plan & run events/ promotion campaigns/ other activities to attract students
Contracting students and process application for school admission/ visa application/ accommodation and travel arrangements/ other related issues
Maintaining relationship/ support to students while they are studying overseas
Liaising with local and overseas business partners of related issues
Overseeing the day to day operations of the team
Provide leadership and oversight to group of 5 - 10 counselors to ensure target, guidelines, policies, procedures and timelines are followed.
Assisting with the training of new and existing team members. Coordinates with team members to assist on the training of new processes or programs...
Preparing and reviewing reports to management board and other department termly or when required
Other duties as assigned by management board
Yêu cầu
Must have
At least 3 year experience in the role
Excellent in English and Vietnamese language, IT and social media usage
Excellent in communication, interpersonal skills, people management skill
Excellent in sale, marketing, organisation, leadership
Good understanding of Vietnam education system/ policy/ situation and related issues
Excellent experience in overseas student recruitment
Prefer
Graduate from overseas university
Live in Hanoi or Hochiminh city
Age from 28- 40
