Mô tả công việc
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the Leader Energy Group and government authorities at all levels. Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials, ensuring compliance with all local regulations.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy for the Vietnam market, aligning with the company's global goals.
• Identify and evaluate market trends, opportunities, and threats, and make informed recommendations to the senior management.
• Identify potential growth opportunities, partnerships, and expansion possibilities within the Vietnamese market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government bodies, clients, and partners.
• Oversee the efficient and effective operation of all facilities and projects in Vietnam.
• Monitor financial KPIs and take corrective actions as needed to achieve financial goals for all companies in Vietnam.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Power related), Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Country Manager or a similar leadership role in the energy or power generation industry. Strong knowledge of the power generation market and regulatory environment in Vietnam.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills with the ability to drive a high-performance culture.
• Demonstrated experience in business development and project management.
• Experience in IPP business models.
