Country Sales Manager

The county manager will be responsible for working closely with the global team to lead the set-up of our operations in Vietnam.
Responsibilities:
• Recruit, hire, manage, incentivize local management team starting with National Sales Manager
• Oversee budget, salaries, targets and incentives
• Manage the different partners and pilots on the ground (e.g., Digital Financial Products or FMCG partners) and their coordination with sales team
• Bi-weekly calls (or as needed) with headquarters (HQ)
• Monthly reports to HQ
• Ensure sales team are meeting their targets and fulfilling required activities (e.g., conducting trainings, monitoring, reporting etc.)
• Financial Management - develop budget and operate within budget
• Monitoring - ensure that activities are monitored, and key performance indicators are reported on a regular basis and make proposals for corrective actions when needed.
• Data privacy - ensure customer and partner data is held in confidentiality
• Implementing and maintaining Values - ensure accountability, quality of service, professionalism, integrity, impact and sustainability on the communities in which we operate, in line with values, and mission.
